Ingo Isabettini and Marcus Röber are the founders and managing directors of OAK Berlin GmbH, the natural beard care brand based in Berlin. They started the company in 2013 out of a desire to create certified natural grooming products specifically for men at a time when dedicated men’s beard care was underrepresented, especially in the natural cosmetics space. Their approach draws heavily on traditional barber‑shop culture, products are developed with input from professional barbers and bearded users to ensure they’re practical, effective, and rooted in genuine grooming needs. OAK’s formulations focus on high‑quality, natural ingredients, many made partly by hand in Germany.

Together, Isabettini and Röber have helped establish OAK as a pioneer in certified natural beard care, combining craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and natural performance for beard and face.
