These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) through our online shop on the website https://aiffairsofchemistry.com.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product presentation. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.

The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent together with the acceptance of the order via email (order confirmation). With this email, the purchase contract has been concluded.

All prices shown are final prices in Euro and include statutory VAT.

Additional shipping costs may apply. These will be shown separately during the ordering process.

We deliver within Germany and to other European countries (see shipping information for details). The delivery time is usually 2-5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you by email.

Payment can be made by:

• Instant Bank Transfer (Klarna)

• Apple Pay / Google Pay

• Other payment providers, subject to availability

Available options will be displayed at checkout.

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy on the website.

Excluded from withdrawal according to § 312g Para. 2 No. 3 BGB are:

• Opened or used cosmetic products if their seal has been removed.

• Products in sale or special promotions.

Unopened, unused, and undamaged products can be exchanged for other products within 14 days.
Price differences will be settled by additional payment or store credit.

Statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 434 ff. BGB).

We have unlimited liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS platform):

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
