Inspired by the popularity of our Banana Bread Matcha last autumn, we wanted to explore the flavour in its simplest and most natural form. The result is a smooth, vibrant blend where ripe banana gently complements the fresh, grassy notes of authentic Japanese matcha.

Balanced and easy to enjoy, it’s not overly sweet or dessert-like—just a comforting everyday matcha with a subtle fruity twist.

Whisk with hot water, then add your favourite milk for a creamy, satisfying drink. Delicious served warm or poured over ice.

Hot Banana Matcha Latte

Add 2 g (about 1 tsp) of Banana Matcha into a cup.

Pour in a small amount of hot water (70–80°C) and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.

Top up with 150–200 ml of your favorite hot milk (oat, almond, or dairy).

Stir gently and enjoy immediately.

Iced Banana Matcha Latte

Mix 2 g Banana Matcha with a splash of hot water and whisk until fully dissolved.

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Add 150–200 ml cold milk and pour the matcha mixture over it.

Stir or shake well for a creamy, refreshing drink.

Tip:Adjust intensity by adding a little more or less powder depending on how rich you like your matcha.
