We're happy to share what we know about our products and their ingredients, in our store in Berlin or by email to support@affairsofchemistry.com. We can't give medical advice: for skin conditions or persistent problems, please see a dermatologist. In the store, you can also try testers before you buy.

Stop using the product straight away. Even carefully formulated cosmetics can occasionally irritate sensitive skin, sometimes even a product you've used for years. Please see your doctor or dermatologist to find out what's behind it. And please let us know which product it was, at support@affairsofchemistry.com.

Skin changes over time. A new routine, stress, contact with other irritants such as household cleaners, or a weakened skin barrier can all play a part. The cause is often hard to pinpoint, so if the irritation continues, please stop using the product and see a dermatologist.

Please talk to your doctor or midwife before using new products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Take the full ingredient list of the product with you: you'll find it on every product page under Ingredients and on the packaging of cosmetics.
