Water Works
September 11, 2025As winter sets in, we tend to drink less even though dry, cold air and indoor heating quietly dehydrate us. Staying hydrated supports energy, mood, focus, immunity, and helps ease winter-dry skin from the inside out (alongside topical care). Hydration doesn’t have to be cold water—room-temp water, herbal teas, broths, soups, and water-rich produce all count. Simple habits like keeping a filled jug nearby or setting reminders help. A handy guideline: aim for ~35 ml of water per kg of body weight (e.g., ~2.5 L at 72 kg; ~3 L at 85 kg), adjusting for activity, diet, climate, and health.
