Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you – who is not the carrier – have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may also use our optional model withdrawal form.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you – excluding the original shipping costs (postage) for regular returns – including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs for express shipping or similar services), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods – whichever occurs first.

Please ensure that returned items are securely and safely packaged to prevent transport damage. Only unused, complete, undamaged, and originally packaged products in perfect, saleable condition can be refunded.

The costs of return shipping (postage and shipping) are to be borne by the customer.

Please note:
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, returns of opened or used cosmetic and beauty products are excluded. This applies particularly if the seal has been removed or the product shows signs of use.

Additionally, discounted products (sale items) are excluded from withdrawal and exchange.

If a product is unopened, undamaged, and sealed, it can be exchanged within the 14-day return period for another product from our range.

• Any price differences will be settled either through additional payment or via a voucher.

• The return shipping and new shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

If a product arrives damaged or if it's an incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order number. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy on the website.

Excluded from withdrawal according to § 312g Para. 2 No. 3 BGB are:

• Opened or used cosmetic products if their seal has been removed.

• Products in sale or special promotions.

Please note that we can only accept and refund products and sets that are unused, complete, in original packaging, undamaged, and in perfectly saleable condition.

Also, please ensure to return only the items listed on the delivery note together in one package. Otherwise, the processing and refund of your return may be delayed.

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the refund will be processed within 10 business days through your chosen payment method.
