Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 21 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 21 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you – who is not the carrier – have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form or our online withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the original delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us – e.g. express shipping), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods – whichever occurs first.

Please ensure that returned items are securely and safely packaged to prevent transport damage. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You must send back the goods promptly and in any case no later than 21 days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal to the following address:

The direct costs of returning the goods (postage and shipping) are to be borne by the customer. This does not apply to defective or incorrectly delivered items; for these, we bear the return postage (see section 6).

Sealed cosmetics: Cosmetics that are used through direct contact with the body, such as creams, deodorants and lip products, are excluded from the right of withdrawal if they were delivered sealed and the seal was removed after delivery (§ 312g (2) no. 3 BGB: sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene). A seal means a protective foil, shrink wrap or seal sticker.

Compensation for loss in value: Products without a seal, and products whose seal is intact, can be returned within the withdrawal period. However, you must pay compensation for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning (§ 357a (1) BGB). For used products, the loss in value can amount to up to the full purchase price. For perfumes, it depends on how much has been taken from the bottle. We may set off the compensation against your refund.

If a product is unopened, undamaged, and sealed, it can be exchanged within the 21-day return period for another product from our range.

• Any price differences will be settled either through additional payment or via a voucher.

• The return shipping and new shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

• Discounted products (sale items) are excluded from exchange. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item, the statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 434 ff. BGB). Please contact us as soon as possible – ideally within 7 days of receipt – with photos and your order number, so that we can deal with the case quickly. This request does not limit your statutory rights. We will then deal with your claim in accordance with the statutory provisions, for example by sending a replacement.

We bear the return postage for defective or incorrectly delivered items.

Excluded from withdrawal under § 312g Para. 2 No. 3 BGB are cosmetics used through direct contact with the body, such as creams, deodorants and lip products, if they were delivered sealed (protective foil, shrink wrap or seal sticker) and the seal was removed after delivery. You must pay compensation for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to examine them (§ 357a Para. 1 BGB).

Discounted products (sale items) are also subject to the statutory right of withdrawal; they are only excluded from the voluntary exchange.

Please return only the items listed on the delivery note together in one package. Otherwise, the processing and refund of your return may be delayed.

We refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods – whichever occurs first. If you owe compensation for loss in value (section 4), we may set it off against the refund.
