Our opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 11:00–19:00
- Saturday: 11:00–18:00
- Sunday: closed
You can also collect your online orders during these hours. If you are coming especially to see us, a quick call beforehand on +49 30 91488839 never hurts.
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you as soon as yours is ready. Collect it at Schliemannstr. 25A during our opening hours and please be prepared to identify yourself. You'll receive the till receipt or our shop invoice as your invoice.
Within Germany, standard shipping costs €5.90 and is free from €70 order value. To Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland, standard shipping costs €15. Collecting your order in our store in Berlin is free. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
We dispatch your order within one business day at the latest. DHL then usually delivers within 1–2 days in Germany and within 2–5 days to Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. These are estimates: public holidays, courier disruptions or bad weather can cause delays.
The easiest way is our online withdrawal form – no account needed, and you'll receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. Alternatively, send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing, by email to support@affairsofchemistry.com or by letter to The Green Edge UG, Schliemannstr. 25A, 10437 Berlin.
In our online shop you can pay by credit card or with PayPal. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments; for PayPal you are redirected to PayPal. The options available to you are always shown at checkout. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna are currently not available online.
