Within Germany, standard shipping costs €5.90 and is free from €70 order value. To Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland, standard shipping costs €15. Collecting your order in our store in Berlin is free. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Yes. The minimum order value is €20. It applies to delivery and to pickup in our store in Berlin. Within Germany, shipping is free from an order value of €70; to our other delivery countries, standard shipping costs €15.
We ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. We don't currently ship to other countries, including the United Kingdom. In Berlin, you can also collect your order from our store. If you have a question about delivery, write to us at support@affairsofchemistry.com.
We dispatch your order within one business day at the latest. DHL then usually delivers within 1–2 days in Germany and within 2–5 days to Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. These are estimates: public holidays, courier disruptions or bad weather can cause delays.
We dispatch orders within one business day at the latest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday or at the weekend are processed on the next business day. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the DHL tracking page. We ship all orders with DHL – within Germany and to Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the DHL tracking page.
Yes, to all our delivery countries. Perfumes and some other products, such as alcohol-based room sprays, count as Class 3 flammable liquids for transport. We pack and label these parcels in line with the dangerous goods regulations, so you can order them like any other product.
Only for deliveries to Switzerland, our only delivery country outside the EU. Prices for Switzerland include German VAT. In addition, Swiss customs duties and import taxes may be charged on arrival; these are payable by the recipient. For deliveries within the EU, there are no customs duties.
Yes, all prices are final prices in euro and include statutory VAT. For delivered orders, your invoice showing the total amount including VAT is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you collect your order in our store, you'll receive the till receipt or our shop invoice.
Yes. Please enter your company name and details in the billing address at checkout, so we can issue the invoice correctly. The invoice is then included in your shipping confirmation email. Please check your details before you place your order.
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order in our store at Schliemannstr. 25A, 10437 Berlin. Pickup is free of charge, the €20 minimum order value applies, and we'll email you when your order is ready. More in our store FAQ.
