Gift cards
Our digital gift card is available in values of €10, €25, €50 and €100. You'll find it in our gift card collection. It is sent by email and can be redeemed in our online shop and in our store in Berlin.
The gift card is sent by email. If it's a present, you can simply forward the gift card email to the recipient. Processing can take up to 12 hours after purchase. If it hasn't arrived, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at support@affairsofchemistry.com.
Your gift card has no expiry date. You can use it for several purchases until the balance is used up, in our online shop or in our store in Berlin. Please keep the gift card email safe, as we can't replace lost or stolen gift cards.
You can redeem your gift card in our online shop at checkout and in our store in Berlin. Vouchers bought in our store can also be redeemed in the online shop. If your order costs more than the balance, you pay the rest with another payment method.
Yes, you may pass your gift card on to someone else, for example by forwarding the gift card email. Whoever has the code can redeem it, so please only share it with the person you want to give it to – we can't replace lost or stolen gift cards.

No, gift cards can't be paid out in cash. You can use the full value for purchases in our online shop and in our store in Berlin, with no expiry date. Your statutory right of withdrawal for the purchase of the gift card itself is not affected.
You can check the remaining balance of your gift card online. The balance doesn't expire, and you can use it over several purchases, online or in our store. If you have any questions about your balance, write to us at support@affairsofchemistry.com or ask us in our store in Berlin.
Yes. Enter your gift card code at checkout. If the order total is higher than your gift card balance, you pay the rest with another payment method, such as credit card or PayPal. In our store in Berlin, too, you can combine a gift card with another payment method.
