In our online shop you can pay by credit card or with PayPal. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments; for PayPal you are redirected to PayPal. The options available to you are always shown at checkout. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna are currently not available online.

Yes. Select PayPal at checkout; you'll be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment. If you withdraw from your order, we refund the amount to the payment method you used, in this case to your PayPal account. Details are in our returns FAQ.

All prices are final prices in euro and include statutory VAT. We charge all orders in euro, including orders to Switzerland, where prices include German VAT. Any Swiss customs duties or import taxes are explained in our shipping FAQ.

We refund you using the payment method you used for your order, for example to your credit card or PayPal account. We do so without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may hold back the refund until the goods are back with us or you've shown that you sent them. Yes. Enter your gift card code at checkout. If the order total is higher than your gift card balance, you pay the rest with another payment method, such as credit card or PayPal. In our store in Berlin, too, you can combine a gift card with another payment method.
