Dark Pumice Volcano Stone
Hundreds of years ago, the Romans used pumice in their daily bathing rituals.
We Love
Genuine volcanic stone, suitable for removing hard skin. Perfect for the stylish and plastic-free bathroom.
Did you know the Romans discovered these stones 100's of years ago, and they were already a part of the daily bathing/beauty routine.
Nature’s Original Exfoliator.
Formed by volcanic fire and earth, each pumice stone carries a unique mineral signature, shaped by the specific volcanic region it hails from. This naturally porous stone is a fusion of silica, aluminum oxide, and trace elements like ferric oxide, potassium, and sodium oxide, raw elementals blended by molten minerals.
No two stones are exactly alike, making each one a rare, earth-born tool for smoothing and softening the skin naturally.
Eco Friendly and 100% biodegradable.
Soak your foot or other affected area in warm, soapy water for 5 minutes or until the skin softens. Wet the pumice and rub it gently against your skin using light, short strokes without causing pain.
Rinse off the dead skin regularly with a brush and hang to completely dry in a sunny spot.
In 1897, Gustav Croll and Theodor Denecke decided to import raw natural sponges from the Greek Mediterranean to Bremen and refine them here by hand. We still do this today – but in the meantime we have expanded our product range to include sustainable spa and household products. We are Peter, Nina and Sara Hankiewicz, the third and fourth generation in our enterprise. Our mission: Sustainable skin and body care products with a good conscience and in harmony with nature.
