Bohemian Rêves began with founder and formulator Amelia Naomi Dean’s passion for botanical ingredients, fragrance and the art of sensory storytelling. Inspired by a transformative chapter in her life and a visit to a New Orleans apothecary, Amelia created her first essential-oil blend—an intimate ritual that would become the beginning of the brand.
Today, Bohemian Rêves is an independent botanical fragrance house based in St. Petersburg, Florida, where Amelia continues to personally develop and refine the collection. Her fragrances draw inspiration from sun-drenched landscapes, lush gardens, desert evenings and faraway places, transforming natural aromas into modern, evocative perfumes.
The name Bohemian Rêves, meaning “Bohemian Dreams,” captures her philosophy: fragrance should be more than beautiful—it should transport you. Each scent is created to evoke a place, a memory or a mood, with an emphasis on artisanal craftsmanship and thoughtfully selected ingredients.
For Amelia, perfume is ultimately a form of escape, a luxury that lingers on the skin and, most importantly, in the memory.
