Prep the skin: Cleanse your face thoroughly to remove dirt, oil, and makeup. Then apply a toner to refine the skin’s texture and help it absorb the mask’s ingredients better.

Apply the mask: Take the mask out of the package, unfold it, and carefully place it on your face. Align it with your eyes, nose, and mouth, then smooth it down so it fits closely to the skin.

Relax: Leave the mask on for about 15–20 minutes (some masks may only require 10–15 minutes).

Remove and absorb: Take off the mask and gently tap or massage the remaining essence into your skin until it is fully absorbed. Do not rinse your face afterward.

Finish: Continue with the rest of your skincare routine, such as applying moisturiser if needed.
