The OUMA Botanical Soap Collection transforms the everyday ritual of cleansing into a bit more mindfulness. Comprising of handcrafted bars inspired by the natural world, each soap is thoughtfully created with botanical oils, nourishing butters, and distinctive essential oil blends that awaken the senses while caring gently for the skin.
Hand-cut and produced in small batches in the Netherlands, every bar carries the subtle character of artisan craftsmanship. Elegant in both form and fragrance, each soap is accompanied by an illustrated poetry card, making it as considered on the bathroom shelf as it is in a carefully chosen gift.

A gentle botanical cleansing bar with a soft, natural character. Handcrafted using the cold-process method and slow-cured for a dense, long-lasting bar.
No. 002 Earth
A grounding botanical soap inspired by natural elements, offering a rich lather and nourishing cleanse. Hand-cut in small batches with artisanal care.
No. 003 Forest
A fresh, woodland-inspired cleansing bar with botanical notes that create a refreshing and balanced bathing experience.
No. 004 Fire
A purifying charcoal bar soap with a warm, smoky scent of patchouli, cedarwood, ylang-ylang, and cinnamon. Activated charcoal helps cleanse the skin while nourishing oils and butters maintain softness and hydration.

We favour refined design, honest materials, and a pace of working that allows quality to lead.
Our soap bar recipes are founded on a balanced blend of olive oil, babassu oil, shea butter, and cocoa butter. We choose organic ingredients wherever we can. Together they create a gentle, solid bar that cleanses effectively without stripping the skin. Babassu oil is selected over the more common coconut oil for its lighter feel, milder cleansing action, and perhaps most importantly, more ethical sourcing. The result is a gentle, creamy, stable lather suitable for everyday use.
Every OUMA bar is hand made in small batches in our workshop in the Netherlands. The bars are cured for at least six weeks, a slow process that optimizes hardness, longevity, and lather.Our porcelain soap dishes too, are each made by hand in the Netherlands, and specifically designed to extend the life of the bar, with its deep ridges allowing the soap to dry evenly between uses.
