After the success of our Banana Bread Matcha last autumn, which quickly became a favourite among guests in our Berlin cafés, we started wondering: what does this taste like in its purest, most honest form?

The result is our Banana Matcha. Smooth, green, and gently bananery, the ripe banana lifts the natural character of our Japanese matcha. Not a dessert drink, not a trend, just something you’ll want to drink every day.

Whisk into hot water, then blend with your favourite milk for a creamy, feel-good cup. Enjoy it warm or over ice.

Hot Banana Matcha Latte

Add 2 g (about 1 tsp) of Banana Matcha into a cup.

Pour in a small amount of hot water (70–80°C) and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.

Top up with 150–200 ml of your favorite hot milk (oat, almond, or dairy).

Stir gently and enjoy immediately.

Iced Banana Matcha Latte

Mix 2 g Banana Matcha with a splash of hot water and whisk until fully dissolved.

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Add 150–200 ml cold milk and pour the matcha mixture over it.

Stir or shake well for a creamy, refreshing drink.

Tip:Adjust intensity by adding a little more or less powder depending on how rich you like your matcha.
